Welcome to the Web site of Belgaum Branch of Southern India Regional Council of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India. Belgaum Branch was established in the year 1974-75 with membership of 50 chartered accountants at that time. Progress of membership since then is 110 and present membership in the year 2008-09 is 160. Members in practice are 120 and members in service are 40. About 150 students are members of SICASA [Southern India Chartered Accountants Students Association].
